Neck and Back - Focuses on relaxing and relieving tightness, stress and strain

Deep Tissue and Sports

• Does Not have to be painful, but is not as relaxing as Swedish, releases old long-held knots, stress and scar tissue
• Balances the body
• Depending upon your therapist, may incorporate Trigger Point, Myofacial, Onsen, and other techniques

Reflexology - A healing art that uses acupressure and pressure points in the feet to stimulate organs and systems of the body.
