Your appointment is very important to us. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment in order to be on time for yours.

We are here to serve you and make your experience a pleasant one while offering you the opportunity to de-stress, relax, and unwind.

If you are a first time client to TMC, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete some background paper work.

Questions and Answers

I need to cancel my appointment, will I be charged?

We ask that you please cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. No shows or cancellations without notice will result in a charge for the full service.

How do I schedule time for your services?

Our time is your time. If we have openings, walk-ins are welcome, but to ensure you quality time to relax for your treatment, we recommend calling for an appointed time.

Are there any health safeguards I should be aware of?

We ask you to advise us of any medical conditions or allergies you may have. For example, heat treatments like the hydrotherapy and body wraps should be limited to one per day. These treatments, and possibly others, should be avoided if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or any type of heart conditions or diabetes.
